    Yoga for Flexibility
    Age: 13+
    Canít touch your toes? Sore from your workouts? Stiff from sitting at your desk all day? This class is designed for adults and teen athletes (13+) looking to comple-ment the sports they love and for anyone else that is tight and tired. Whether youíre an avid athlete, a weekend warrior, or a workaholic, this yoga class will help you gain greater range of motion, increase your flexibility and improve your balance. The tightest bodied athletes and the most chronic desk sitters will benefit from deep stretching, core strengthening, and stress relieving poses. The goal is to walk out feeling looser and calmer than when you walked in! Please bring a mat, towel and water.
